Description

This course is intended for Epic Super Users and teaches the fundamentals of the role.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of the course learners will: 

  1. Cite why we have super users.
  2. Identify traits of an effective super user.
  3. Identify responsibilities of super users.
  4. Recognize how end users learn.
  5. Recognize challenging learners.
  6. Identify interventions to manage challenging learners.

Course Structure

This is an asynchronous course. Students learn the same material at different times and locations.

Course Completion

To pass the course learners must complete each assignment and check the mark as done box in the upper right-hand corner.

Course Expectations

  1. Modules are sequential. Complete all assignments, quizzes and discussions in order of appearance.
  2. There are three modules in this course.  Plan on one hour to complete the course.
