This course is intended for users that do billing and collections work for Occupational Health using Agility software.

Upon completion of the course learners will:

1. Be able to successfully review charges and create error-free invoices.

2. Learn how to post payments and match credits to outstanding balances.

3. Be able to navigate through a patient's chart or employer's account to assess the account's billing status.

4. Understand the nuances between Worker's Compensation and Employer Service billing.

5. Understand what Quant Billing is and when it is used.

This is an asynchronous course. Students learn the same material at different times and locations.

1. Modules are sequential. Complate all assignments, quizzes and discussions in order of appearance.

2. You must receive a total course grade of 85% or higher to pass the course.
